Call for enrollment in the first year of master academic studies in English language 2026

The Faculty of Economics of the University in Kragujevac announces a Call for enrollment in the first year of MASTER ACADEMIC STUDIES in English language, for academic year 2025/2026. The Call is open for 22 students on study program Public financial management, who are self-financing studies. The language of the study program is English.

The tuition fee is 3.300 EUR for foreign citizens or RSD equivalent of 3.300 EUR at the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia on the day of announcing a Call for citizens of the Republic of Serbia. Payment of the tuition should be made according to the payment instructions presented below.

The candidate can enroll master study program in Public financial management if:

  1. She/he has completed four-year undergraduate academic studies
  2. She/he has passed entrance exam consisting of the Test of General Economic Knowledge and an Interview
  3. She/he possess a certificate of English language proficiency – level B2 or proof of completed language course at any level of formal education
  4. She/he takes a place at ranking list within the number approved by National accreditation body

Foreign citizens enrol under the same conditions as citizens of the Republic of Serbia in terms of previous education, as per Law on Higher Education (Službeni glasnik RS, No. 88/17, 27/18 - other law, 73/18, 67/19 and 6/20 - other laws) and the general acts of the Faculty of Economics of the University of Kragujevac

The Call is open from September 1 2025, to November 15 2025.

In order to apply to the Call, foreign citizens should submit following documents:

  1. Filled out application form (available at the website of the Faculty)
  2. Proof of submission of original documents for recognition at the University of Kragujevac: Liceja Kneževine Srbije 1A, 34000 Kragujevac, Serbia; (more information available at https://www.kg.ac.rs/priznavanje_isprava.php?pismo=latinica)
  3. Scanned passport
  4. Scanned original documents on completed four-year undergraduate academic studies, translated in Serbian by a certified translator
  5. Certificate of English language proficiency – level B2 or proof of completed language course at any level of formal education
  6. Proof of payment of 100 EUR for the costs of the entrance exam, according to the payment instructions presented below.

After submitting the documents, the candidate will receive an application number, with instruction to access the online account for taking Entrance exam and if necessary Qualification exam.

In order to apply to the Call, citizens of the Republic of Serbia should submit following documents:

  1. Filled out application form (available at the website of the Faculty)
  2. Original diploma for completed four year undergraduate academic studies (for inspection)
  3. Photocopies of previously mentioned diploma
  4. Birth certificate
  5. Proof of payment of 15.000 RSD for the costs of the entrance exam, according to the payment instructions presented below.

The photocopies of the documents which are submitted for inspection do not need to be certified. After submitting the documents, the candidate will receive an application number, with instruction to access the online account for taking Test.

The candidates need to submit the required documentation to apply to the Call in the time that will be previously designated. Entrance exam and ranking

The entrance exam consists of the Test of General Economic Knowledge and an Interview. The Test consists of 30 questions with four possible answers, out of which only one is correct. Each correct answer gives candidate one point. The Test will be held online at the platform provided by Faculty, on a previously designated time date and time. Candidates will be informed about the exact time at least 5 days in advance. Instructions for access to the platform and taking Test will be given to candidates upon registering their documentation for enrollment. This page will offer students a book of potential questions for the Test, as well as the opportunity to take trial Test an hour before the real one. Interview consists of motivation letter provided by students in electronic form on designated time.

The ranking of the candidates are determined by the points achieved at the Test of General Economic Knowledge and on Interview. Maximum number of points on both steps of entrance exam is 30. The rankings of the candidates are determined by summing the average grades the candidate achieved during undergraduate studies (maximum number of points is 40) and at the Test of General Economic Knowledge and Interview (maximum number of points is 60). The maximum number of points a candidate can achieve is 100. The preliminary ranking list of candidates will be published both on website of the Faculty and its bulletin board on. The Qualification exam does not affect the position on ranking lists, but rather gives pass/did not pass score.

The candidates may file a complaint to the Enrollment Committee on the regularity of the entrance exam or her/his place on ranking list within 24 hours from the publication of the ranking list. At the proposal of the Enrollment Committee, the Dean decides on the complaint, within 24 hours of the moment of its reception.

The final ranking list of candidates which will serve as a basis for the enrollment will be published both on website of the Faculty and its bulletin board.

Enrollment of candidates

Enrollment of candidates into study program will be conducted in the premises of Faculty of Economics in time that will be announced on the webiste of the Faculty and its bulletin board. A candidate who does not enroll by the set deadline will be considered to have given up enrollment.

In order to enroll this study program, foreign citizen should submit following documents:

  1. Original documents on completed four-year undergraduate academic studies, as well as the decision on their recognition by the University of Kragujevac, which can be submitted before the start of the academic year;
  2. Two identical 35x45mm photos;
  3. Certificate of payment tuition fee (first instalment): 1.650 EUR, according to payment instructions presented below;
  4. Certificate of residence issued by the Ministry of Interior in Belgrade, Department for Foreigners, Savska Ulica 35, 11000 Belgrade;
  5. Health insurance certificate, issued by Department for Foreign Insurance, Nemanjina 30, 11000 Belgrade, or by any other private insuracne company.

In order to enrol this study program, citizens of the Republic of Serbia should submit following documents:

  1. Four-year undergraduate academic studies diploma;
  2. Two identical 35x45mm photos;
  3. Certificate of payment tuition fee (first installment): RSD equivalent of 1.650 EUR at the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia on the day of announcing a Call, according to payment instructions presented below.

Upon enrollment, student signs a study contract with the Faculty of Economics University of Kragujevac. All student will receive student book and appropriate SV form to fill.
